Hello Ellie Love readers.

I was too excited to prepare a post for Cals while she is shopping up a storm in Bangkok. I am Samantha from {everythingiheart}. My blog is quite simply about 'everything I heart'. When I was asked to prepare a post I thought long and hard about what to write, because well, I am not much of a writer. So thought it best to keep it simple with lots of pictures.

I absolutely love home decorating. It is one of my passions, something that I could do for hours and would do for free! My hubby and I moved into our dream home 6 months ago. In South Africa, transfers take (if you lucky) 3 months to go through so there is a lot of time for you to prep before your big move. This was my most favourite thing! I spent hours on Pintrest and reading home decor mags, getting as much inspiration as possible on what sort of look I wanted to go for. I shopped around for good buys, refurbished a lot of our old furniture and did my best to source some gorgeous and different items for our new home. Today I thought I would share with you some of my most favorite home decor finds.

A shelf in our kitchen. Wooden man & Lady from {ikhaya}, My Kitchen  is for Dancing print from {not on the high streets}, ceramic planters I found at a boutique store in Cape Town (can't remember its name).

Side board server was refurbished. Candle stick and ceramic birdie from {Shaves Decor}, lace vase from {Urban Grace}, Ceramic bunny from {the Space}, Home word from {@home}, Orchid planter was made for me by my mom.

Our scullery. Blue hearts were a gift, Laundry tin, mirror and glass cookie jars (I use them for my puppies food and treats)  from {mr price home}, clock from {@home},

Our Bedroom. Mr & Mrs were custom made, LOVE pillow set from {sugar tong tong}, quilt and side lamps from {mr price home}
